Where are all the good IT resources? Why are the software vendors, as well as the end clients, worried about this?

We do the interviews (unless you wish to do this yourself), and set up the team and the security protocols and the Cloud IDE platforms (if required) that the resources need in order to ramp up fast for you.

No locked in contracts. 30 day termination clause on each resource. If you want a delivery manager we will find one too, if you already have one onsite – then thats fine too. If you decide a resource is not up to scratch… we swap them out for another resource immediately until you have the team you always wanted.
